<p>This is, of course, a two way street and customers have a chance to meet the farmers, growers and cooks who put their knowledge and passion into the products on offer. We called in at the Northern Dales Farmer&#8217;s Market today and took the opportunity to interview Alasdair Davy (CEO) and some of the producers. As a sneak preview to our forthcoming podcast series, here&#8217;s a quick taste of what we found out.</p>
