Someone who is passionate about local produce, particularly meat, is Chris Wildman, who has left the security of a full time job to concentrate his efforts on his internet business, Paganum Produce.
Chris comes from a family of butchers going back five generations and is returning to his meat trade roots after a successful career in the garment industry. His career has taught him the importance of branding and marketing and he now plans to apply what he has learnt to promoting local producers through the Paganum brand.
Chris and his business partner Heather Mitchell are passionate about quality food and local fresh produce, and hope to bring some of the passion and enthusiasm to a wider audience using the internet as a vehicle.
